A red bar appears on the barcode on reports containing barcodes.
This issue is due to a missing registration entry for the barcode control. Although registration of the barcode control is attempted during installation of Catalyst, the registry update may not have been successful if the setup was not run with administrator privileges.
For Catalyst versions prior to 5.11, request a registry batch file from email@example.com. For version 5.11 and later, either reinstall Catalyst or run the BarCodeAx.reg file located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Catalyst\System folder. Either method requires running with administrator privileges.
