how do I print barcode labels for my inventory?

Using Catalyst, I want to print labels for incoming inventory and labels for location.

  James,

  To print labels for the cases you receive against a purchase order, perform the steps below:

  1. Select Create Barcode Labels from the Inventory tab. In the drop-down menu, select Receiver Cartons.
     
     
  2. To export data from Catalyst to be used in the label software, select a filter from the Label Filter section and click the Append Data button. The filtered data will be displayed in the Label Data section. The Label Data records can be edited manually if desired prior to printing in the next step.
     
     
  3. Select the Open Labeler button to open the default barcode label design software.  The barcode label software can be used to open the label template and print the labels exported in the previous step. 

  Barcodes can be printed in a similar manner for locations by selecting Inventory > Create Barcode Labels > Warehouse Locations.
